All customer cancellations must be made via email.
Cancellation made with 72 hours or more notice prior to your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72-24 hours prior to your schedule appointment will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice prior to you appointment will not be refunded.
If we are forced to cancel an appointment a full refund will be issued.
